Wow, I was very nice with my post. No threats, as you are trying to say. I stated a fact, just like you say sademployee can state facts. Fact is, IF there is NDAs, then my ADVICE was to be careful. I don't work for the company, so I have no idea if there are and whether they would enforce them.
As far as if payroll is not be paid, you are taking the word of an anonymous poster on this board that payroll is not being paid on time. Tell us which company is not paying on time. It may be an issue with them and not NuGenerex as a whole. You can't just make a statement and we are supposed to believe it. Give some physical proof, just black out any names, identification, etc. But what they should do is contact the Dept of Labor for their state, which is something you conveniently left out of your bash on my post. I am offering ADVICE not THREATS.
As far as Joe posting here, many want him to post. I don't think he should. So there, you have my opinion on his posting.
