depends on the order of operations.
to me it's kind of irrelevant. if they're able to IPO, and we own 50% pre, we will have the same interest as the owners in minimizing dilution.
I'd rather own less than 50% of a company that's able to successfully raise on the US market than 50% of a company that can't.
We need a liquid market to sell shares. Any ability to make a return on lympro is a good one.
