Definitive RS proposal should be out next week before their Roth Conf. on the March 17th. Otherwise, the conf. will be a waste of time with this RS in the background. There needs to some clarity on this RS for any entity approach during the conf.
They better NOT play game again.. Due to their max ratio of 1 to 500 verbiage in the original announcement, not only our PPS when down to the toilet. We loss a lot retail supporters.
I expect to see a drastic reduction on the max ratio. A ratio that they would agreed to if they were in our shoes.
