Berman has to realize that building up the bFound mobile announcement into a "alias" named company cannot look good to investors. Doesn't matter whether he is protecting a customer or not.
It allows him the opportunity to state all future sales are to alias customers, eliminates fact checking, and raises substantiated doubt about deals.
The pure and simple fact that most every deal posted about over the past 18 months CANNOT be verified even on the customers website is a problem. Even the sales organizations that Berman uses fail to list bSafemobile as products they represent. Cogosense themselves have been way too quiet promoting these products. You'd think that Williams and Oleen would have some something substantial to say after two plus years of this story.
