I think once Berman obtains a new attorney to provide the Annual Letter AND closes the Owens preferred share issue the move to Colorado will be finalized. It shouldn't be difficult as Bailey can recommend the attorney who filed for Saddle Ranch Media.
I'd love clarification on those 30 million preferred shares that the former CEO owns. Personally I think they are worth something to him even if Berman thinks they are worthless. I would expect a negotiated settlement of some sort to get this matter cleared up. Owens has him by the balls cause Berman absolutely needs those preferreds totally off the books.
If Berman CANT find Owens, that a different problem. It will take MUCH longer to go thru legal system to resolve this issue.
