Mr. Chen has always been at the forefront of design and was one of the world’s leading experts in leading-edge technology through his Evotech Group .  Among his contributions are designs for WiFi Technology, ADSL (Digital Subscriber Line), Autonomous Military Vehicles (Bradley Robotic Tank), Fiber-Optic  to the Home, and contributed to IEEE standards.  He has personally worked with the Fortune 10 of Telecommunications and has spoken at over 200+ seminars and lectures worldwide.

Among his most well-known presentation was in 1999, when he spoke after the CEO of the Malaysian Stock Exchange (MESDAQ) to present the next evolution and frontier of technology: Peer-to-Peer (P2P).  Now, Mr. Chen’s primary focus is on sustainability and eco-friendly technologies and effectively, as he calls it, “Bringing the High Tech to the Low Tech.”
