Grasshopper , So Platinum buys Lifescans and inherits the lawsuit, and now they will act as a intermediate between the JNJ/ Decn lawsuit . I would think the sooner this can be resolved the better for Platinum , so (the question) how much capacity does Platinum have in the settlement of this .
