SIPC asks its followers to refer to OTC Markets filing section as over the next several days the company intends to disclose its projections on sales, compliance with USA laws, future products appointment of new officers and directors along with a filing of the updated adequate disclosure. These updates may not be considered news worthy however the company is of the opinion that its followers may find the updates of assistance.
The merger definitive agreement will be filed with OTC Markets shortly and announced as a separate event. The existing operating subsidiary of SIPC Palm Beach Coffee B2B division will remain as a wholly owned subsidiary of SIPC and undisturbed by this new incoming merger.
