https://www.blocksafetech.io/ is the site to sign up for the tokens. You also have to submit the KYC info (passport and Drivers license is what I used).
Right now the packages are still set at $25k, 50k and 75k. In the US you have to be an "accredited investor", overseas you do not have to be.
You can go sign up, and wait for the new scenario to pop up. I have no idea when that will be.
