My dad came to America in 1929
When he walked down the gangplank the law was waiting on him and everyone else on the boat . He stood in line and watched some being rejected and sent back to what country they came from . When he got to his turn the guy ask what can YOU do , dad reply he was a blacksmith , the officer ask the records guy do we need a blacksmith and he reply we need a blacksmith in Bay City Michigan do you want it
answer YES and that is how Dad got to stay in America !!!!
