SB threatened to sue ProText when he left for all sorts of stuff. The fact that he never followed thru on his suit lays credence that his threats were all bluffs.
Pretty much like all his bluffs about suing board message board members.
Looking back thru prior a ProText lawsuit, they had a similar lawsuit with LG Capital and SB where judgments were issued, reversed and appealed.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if some of the posters on the other board have connections to LG Capital rather than ProText. My WAG.
My question is at what point to shareholders here start to doubt the "facts as SB describes them" ? Or is that completely out of the question? Will some go down with the ship and still believe that it wasn't SB's fault?
