Will be? others are hoping for an update prior the final voting of 4/4.. they don't' have to provide any more details then what was stated on the original RS announcement. make sense to issue an amendment with more details.. already make a BOLD prediction of RS ratio up to 1 to 20.. hoping to get an actual RS ratio.. like 1 to 10..
They are not ready for NASDAQ listing.. so the high RS ratio to get the PPS above $4 is no longer in the picture in my mind.. main focus of RS was was reduce OS..
