Sort of correct
If a criticism can be met with a logical, convincing counter argument then it accomplishes its mission. One more objection or concern out of the way.
If not, the opposite occurs.
For ex, I don't see ngio becoming public in 30-60 days from the CC if they merge with a private company. If someone can convince me otherwise, I'm all for it . But even if they filed a registration statement today, its very possible it doesnt go effective in 30-60 days from the CC and thats without the merger

If you get convinced otherwise with rational debate, then your critical post must not have been correct, otherwise you would not have been convinced otherwise?
