That’s all the info I have. It’s been going on for 27 months. No new action for 144 days. Seems like a long time without a response from LG Capital. I check it daily for any changes. Can’t say for sure but I believe it involves an issue prior to Berman becoming CEO; not that it matters. Hope this gets settled soon. Hope it’s not holding things up for Hexagon.
