One little thing -- I don't think it's either/or, I think it's both --
the (then) CTIX share price was manipulated upward, and then was relentlessly pushed down after it had been shorted at the high levels.
This is EXACTLY what they did with AVXL -- except that the AVXL folks were suckered 3 times by the pumper-dumper gangs which used the lieHUB board for their pumping operation. The pumpers included some well-known CTIX bashers (past and present).
