I believe that despite all the evidence there are still many investors who don't believe naked shorting is a problem in our markets. Years ago I was part of that naive group that believed if in fact naked shorting was going on our regulators would quickly put a stop to it. I lost my belief that our regulators were honest and above board when during the still of the night without public discussion the so called "grandfather clause" was inserted and became a part of Reg SHO. The regulators should be behind bars for allowing that to happen IMHO.
T+0 trading will put an end to it and it's coming as each day more and more investors realize the crimes being perpetrated on honest investors daily. Go IPIX!!!
