How do they know what is "tainted" and what is not? You think the feds gave them this info? Think this happens during an investigation? If it was all owned by one entity?
This company cannot do an 8k without "typos", messed up the dividends/ forward split, and I think we need to understand what hey meant by that.

Let's see how many of these assets are still operating in the next financials. How many clients you think the MSO has after its previous owner is under investigation? If you were a doctor, would you continue in the "rev share" ?
