Something to consider...
The Sound Concepts acquisition and uplist to the NASDAQ isn't already priced into the share price. It isn't.
While all or most of the longs believe it will happen very shortly, those outside that circle either:
1.) Don't even know about it and the company
2.) Know about the company, but have no idea when it will happen
3.) Know about the company, but don't know if it will happen and factor in the risk it will/won't happen
Imagine what a acquisition/uplist PR and national exposure will do for those in camp #1, #2 & #3
