Yes , patients usually need some time to digest this terrible news , but as you said treatment is started in most cases soon ,
we just adding to a proper with our protocol treatment , doesn't matter how long later , one thing patients must still have a reasonable chance to live for 6 months longer !!!! by protocol ,
