CTCs during phase 1b of TNBC trail
Phase 1b looks to be initially the trial‘s first 21 day treatment cycle. The CTC level is recorded day 1 of each treatment cycle to compare against baseline.
This phase 1b should also allow them to compare CTC changes at the different doses 350 vs 525 vs 700mg, which will be very interesting data to analyze: ctc/dose day 1 vs day 22
