Theory #2 reduce OS to attract better finance
Mgmt. appears to be confident on the tablet ready to bring some revenue.
It would be nice to attract an investor rather then replacing with another loan. yes, no kidding.. lol..
I'm going to make a bold prediction with the theory that finance was the main reason behind the RS announcement..
Before the April 4, they will issue an amendment and change the verbiage on the ratio up to 20 or provide actual ratio less then 1 to 20.
As of now, any RS ratio up to 500 will pass by the majority of shareholders.
