As I have stated something very positive is happening here. Again with any volume up we go and then drift lower with slower volume. I believe either we have a whale accumulating here or institutional interest. It is my belief that someone is acquiring under the radar with the possibility of something very interesting happening here behind the scenes. As I see it currently we could very soon have a 13D filing meaning many things. For those who do not know what a 13D filing is it is someone acquiring a 5% or more of o/s stock. At that time they must file with the SEC. I do not believe this recent strength in liue of all the negatives would merely be a lab acquisition. Although licensing in Mass. would be huge for EVIO in terms of revenues and with that I mean probably $4 million a year. Any comments or thoughts? It was mentioned about shorts covering I do not believe this but certainly possible with the negatives currently in place. The reason I do not believe is the support has held 2 times at the .70 With that said we need one more dip to that level to confirm. May or may not happen IMO. I have not acquired since sub .40's nor have I sold. The 1.6 Mil was they largest volume ever and very telling.
