A couple comments reading wiki hints the GvHD he had might have been the cure, because until now this failed when they tried again but seems to have work with others with gvhd.. I will have to look more. Also why leronlimab is not a 'cure' because if they it blocks entry, the HIV virus still has a reservoir, hiding out in effector memory T-cells which can clone themselves.
It is an interesting coincidence that brown had hiv, gvhd, and cancer all gone now.
