If your numbers are correct at the current price, which I haven't checked, I believe they'd only get better if they announced that they were abandoning the reverse split. Even if the price just went to a dime our O/S would go to under 200 million shares, but frankly if your math was all wrong, if our O/S was going to 400 million shares, I'd rather see that if all the toxic debt was eliminated.
From 400 million share, I could understand doing a 1 for 2 reverse split, perhaps even a 1 for 3 which would bring our O/S to below where it is today. Of course the other possibility is shareholders authorizing more shares, perhaps a billion shares which actually is the case for many companies.
While I'd prefer not diluting the O/S above a quarter billion prior to establishing a billion dollar market cap, so we can go on the Nasdaq with a billion dollar market cap, it's still just a number. If we gain patent approvals and have trials demonstrating efficacy, I believe a billion dollar market cap will be there for the taking. I we don't do these things, it's a number that cannot be sustained, even if at some point it is achieved.
