"GNCC Capital, Inc. has acquired BioCann Pharma S.A.S., a Cannabis CBD Pharmaceutical Grade Oils Producer and Distributor, incorporated in and operating in the Republic of Colombia and with offices in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. The Company continues to hold its interests in both Gold & Silver Mining Exploration Properties, pending a transaction to divest the same and only in the best interest of shareholders and on or before March 31, 2019. The Company will now be preparing its outstanding Quarterly and Annual Filings in order to regain its status to that of a CURRENT FILER on the OTC Markets. The Company does not envisage any further acquisitions at this time as it is now solely refocused on the Cannabis Sector in both Colombia and throughout Latin America."
