Actually the yield is now there because an attorney's letter was to have been submitted following the December 'annual' report and so now it's late... non-event because there's still every opportunity to submit it... maybe our CEO is looking for a good attorney?

Oh btw, my understanding is Attorney John Dolkart was previously engaged by ONCI, but has not spoken to Steve Berman for some time now. They did re-domicile the company in Colorado in the summer of 2017.
