manufacturer and distributor of surgical supplies and biologics for orthopedic
surgery, and regenerative medicine. As previously reported, the transaction is
structured as an all stock deal valued at 34 million of Generex common stock
at $2.50 per share, with the potential for earn-outs based on certain
performance in 2019.
