If you consumed that much sugar each day, THAT would kill you for sure. It's good to know what's best, but people lose track of it as they research sugar substitutes.

Personally, stevia works for me with the newer, purer form that doesn't carry that licorice taste with it. Even the raw stuff that does have a slight licorice taste works with most stuff in the right proportions.
