At the moment, my vote will be NO..
I'm with you and will wait until the end of the month to submit my vote..
Mgmt still have time to bring more clarity behind their RS plan.
If there's no new info., I'll vote NO.
For me, if we were talking about RS with PPS at 40 cents vs 4 cents.. big difference to my mindset..
at 40 cents.. 10 to 1 RS will get us to $4 vs
at .04 cents will take 100 to 1 RS to $4
The potential high RS can really play trick with people's mindset
yes, the RS ratio will be lower if PPS continue to move prior to the official RS date (if the RS get approved)
