Not familiar w/ tracking stocks but follows closely what IPIX would get w/ good partnerships.
Overall, though, I feel your numbers are low as to what Leo is expecting.
Both $3 buyout and 8% royalties.
I know it sounds pie-in-the-sky but if one adds up the potential for B across the board of indications it could do well in and if K is the complementary whiz kid it has been proclaimed as being possible, your numbers are real low. Many are now so beaten down they just want to get out alive, others want to make a decent return on investment, but I think most still believe that Brilacidin/Kevetrin are one of the most potent lineups in the history of biotech and could bring in the mother lode. I know I do.
