A buyout with a stub
Sell the company for let's say $3 a share and receive a share of tracking stock that would pay let's say 8% of the net sales of all the drugs world wide from our portfolio.
So if in 7-8 years we have a blockbuster doing $10 billion annually we would get fully diluted maybe $2 a year per share
