Galera is "ahead" ? Who cares? The superior treatment will win, and there is no question that a cheaper, more convenient swish-and-spit treatment is far better than an intravenous infusion from Galera that might cause systemic effects, like possibly making the chemo or radiation work less well, or making a sick patient even sicker.
