It really depends on the financial state of your company whether its packing big debt or not. There was a good article on Yahoo finance recently discussing exactly that. Should you borrow to buy back or use the money to go forward in the company. Basically if your heavily indebted your not gaining anything going further in debt to reduce the share count . We however are not heavily indebted so works to our advantage to reduce the share count as it will affect the PPS . They were finding little to no difference if there is high indebtedness . But I get what your saying . I think its just more impact on the count by buying back at $.01 compared to say $.20 we can buy 1 Billion back or 50million . Big difference between now or later.
