Farmerdb you might want to do your DD before posting something like this. You got this info from the OTC Market under security notes, if you look at the dates one was dated 10/30/2000 At this time the company was called Stealth Industries Inc. (19 years ago)
The next one was dated 01/23/2009 At this time the company was called Precious Metals Exchange Corp. (10 years ago)
It has changed hands a few more times since then as well as board members and what the company does.
It has NO reflection on RMHB and what this company is doing.
All it does is feed the bashers and confuse the newbies.

If we look at what the company has done in just the last 3 months and where it's about to go. It's huge! Yes unfortunately the PPS doesn't reflect it at this point in time but, IMHO it will.
Our management team is working very hard to make this the company that is going to be a very big company in the hemp and CBD industry. Thank you management.
