Really confused - I still can't wrap my mind around this. Either they know that they already have the votes to approve the RS or this is really strange why they'd incur the expense to go down this path without a good sense of what the outcome would be.

Yet again the science is promising and we can all understand experienced delays due to government bureaucracy, but it's the lack of effective communication with shareholders that is sinking this company.

I'd think after H's visit that the clear message for the need to provide better communication would have been received and acted upon by management.

I haven't voted yet and will wait until the meeting date approaches to see if they decide to offer up any communications but today I'm in full agreement with many that right now I'm also a solid no vote.
