I just voted against both OWCP resolutions via internet and reserve the right to change my vote right up to the meeting. At present time I have no intention of changing my vote.
From my viewpoint, I find it outrageous that the company would reduce my number of shares up to 1 for 500 while not making a proportional reduction in the number of authorized unissued shares. How stupid do they think we are?
Of course, you never know if you have the full story so maybe this will shake out okay but at the moment it looks like current shareholders are being pushed into a very small bucket.
