I guess I see it more like this. I commute to work 50 miles each day. I got caught speeding a few months back. It was right in between getting new, updated, vehicle insurance cards. When showing the cop my proof of insurance, I did not have my current card on me. He believed me but I still had to show proof of my updated insurance within 48hrs or he would ticket me. So, he trusted me but I still had to verify. If I did not trust the Co, I would have sold my 1.5m shares. If no verification comes, then I obviously have some major decisions to deal with.
