Good job emailing Paul Knopick (investor relations) Here is his email for anyone else that is interested:

I emailed him earlier this morning about the memo: He kindly told me that he would talk to management and inquire about the letter or memo that mandated the delay.
If anyone else is still concerned with this issue, or has other concerns, I would establish contact with Paul and go from there. After all that is what he gets paid for!
