Hexagon Holdings Non-Compliant status with the state of Colorado for failure to submit Periodic Report prior to 2/28. I had thought this was taken care of but update this morning showing we will be delinquent if not filed before 4/30.

Anyone have any ideas on this?

File the Periodic Report on or before April 30, 2019, to become compliant and in Good Standing. If the Periodic Report is not filed, the entity will become Delinquent.”
