Dolutegravir used a direct switch vs delayed switch in their comparison monotheorpy hiv trial.
I’m looking for a trial with an overlap with 5 half-lives though, with start-up vs maintenance phases. The 5 half-lives is the rule of thumb to reach steady state, but I’m still searching for reference with it in fda trials.
