Gotta share this with y’all. My wife has had off and on battles with plantar fasciitis. She’s a school teacher on her feet a lot. She’s tried the cortisone shots with minimal results. We had tried the old style Smart insoles awhile back, she couldn’t feel any difference plus she said they were uncomfortable to use in your shoes. For the last few days, she has been sleeping with an Acti Patch on the bottom of her foot held in place by a sock. Then whenever possible, depending on what shoes she wears, she’ll tape it on top of her foot during the day. She said the pain is almost completely gone. I hadn’t thought about putting it on top of the foot, but it has worked for her. I’m sure we will look at the new style Smart insole when we get a chance, but if this will help anybody out there, give it a shot and see if it works for you. GO BIEL!!!
