LOL! Love your design of the Court Seal, somewhat reflective of the clowns there which use Rule 36, in lieu giving serious consideration to the issues in question, and the effort required to give a comprehensive & definitive explanation as to their decision! But what they fail to see/hear is the loud laughter as to their complete incompetence!
