Trding - I am little confused what exactly they doing with mono phase 3 at this moment.
Attached protocol was updated February 11 , and they showing one week overlap of existing HAART with Pro 140. That was from the beginning .
We had some presentation I think February 12 , and Dr NP said that for the last 10 weeks they overlapping HAART about 5X half life of Leronlimab ,which will be I think 2- 3 weeks , and efficacy is much better.
They showed :
350 mg in 79 patients , 75% efficacy.
525 mg in 101 patients , 90% efficacy
700 mg in 22 patients , 100% efficacy.
This is only for 10 weeks and not that many patients , but I had impression that all patients are on this regiment now , but this is not what updated protocol showing.
I guess with new protocol for pivotal things will become clear.
