I obviously don't know details other than what I have seen in the Blocksafe official chat on Telegram, however over the past few days several people have been asking questions about getting their accounts approved to process their token order. The support team has been helping them. So based on this, it appears that token sales have started and there are definitely people looking to buy - just from those who have posted their questions.
