any OWCP shareholders decision comes down to if the shareholder is willing to believe management and practice patience for the plans to unfold.

we OWCP shareholders know that the potential R/S will be no more than 500-for-1. that is a far leap to "blank check" .
what you are suggesting by that "blank check" statement is management has carte blanche for the R/S,..that is a complete fabrication,
nothing the company has stated other than a potential 500-for-1 is to occur.
if you want to believe that all you will get from that is your own frustration created by you. which is what we are reading,...your frustrations not reality.
