You need to petition for rehearing first and depending on which one, can take 30 or 45 days, then the 14 day invite a response, then notification approved or denied. Then oral date will be assigned. So depending, that's about 60 days.
The above is for rehearing and we're waiting to see which Appeal RG/SFOR is going to do next according to their PR. I think option 2!

We are currently considering our options, among which are: (1) asking the panel to rehear the case; (2) asking the entire Federal Circuit (including all twelve active judges on the court, and not just this panel of three judges) to rehear the case; or (3) petitioning the United States Supreme Court for a writ of certiorari.
