There is no way that I can see a R/S taking the O/S to below roughly 50 million shares. At the levels quoted in the prospective they'll have less than 1 million. It's clear to me that if they're successful, in practically no time they'll be up to 50 million shares or more, and original shareholders will hold no more than a couple percent of the company. I totally oppose this effort on managements part.
