All true except for one thing. Unless we hit the mother lode of upfront payments ( > $100M ), we won't be paying any real taxes on the upfront deal due to our accrued deficit. The tax savings will be there for the milestones or Kevetrin deal though.
Today's announcement also completely puts a nail in the coffin of any buyout speculation. As you state, Ireland is a corporate tax haven. It wouldnt help us in a buyout.
