Question for the board:
How common is it for a start-up Bio to set up foreign subsidiaries?
I know I haven't been around as long as some of you but as far back as I can remember this is a first. I've seen plenty of partnerships and buyouts but not forming a subsidiary in the EU. Most I believe would just get the licensing and go through the authorization process and forming the trials themselves through universities or other bios. And of course, that takes money.
Also, today is the 26th, the approval was granted the 15th. Thinking we'll see who will be funding us very soon indeed.
