Great info HL. It's my understanding after reading all of your FANTASTIC DD that perhaps it would be in our best interest to wait as long as the term allows to make our next decision and apply for a hearing with the SCOTUS as their may be a well defined understanding of our process and procedure as well as application of current rulings. If the option to be heard by a twelve judge panel is chosen I don't think at the federal court level we would get justice. Only my opinion. GLTA
